It comes after the Oasis 40m began outfitting at the Italian yard in August last year.
It was announced in August 2019 that the 40.8 metre yacht had been sold to Ciasulli.
Designed by British studio RWD in collaboration with Benetti, the Oasis 40 superyacht has a beam of 8.5 metres, draft of 2.14 metres and a 385GT interior designed by New York firm Bonetti/ Kozerski Architecture.
Co-founder Dominic Kozerski previously said the interior would encompass an “unprecedented fluidity”.
“Identical materials and colours are used for both the interiors and exteriors, giving a sense of apparent informality to what is in fact an extremely elegant and sophisticated yacht,” he added.
Key features include wide spaces, high ceilings and extensive glazed surfaces. At the stern, two platforms fold out to extend the beach club, which centres around an infinity pool.
RWD’s Adrian Chisnell said: “On this yacht you experience the sea in an entirely new way. The wide spaces, the hydrotherapy pool and easy access to the water present guests on Oasis 40m with an onboard lifestyle that is both dynamic and relaxing.”
