The 61.5 metre Sanlorenzo motor yacht Cloud 9 has been sold by Tim Vickers at Burgess, with the buyer introduced by Juan Morillo at United Yacht Sales.

Built in steel by Italian yard Sanlorenzo to a design by Officina Italiana Design, she was delivered in 2021 as the first 62Steel model from the yard.

Cloud 9’s interiors were developed by Francesco Paszkowski and Margherita Casprini, accommodating 12 guests in six staterooms including a large owner’s aparment on the private owner’s upper deck. This entire area is accessed by a lift and includes a large study with an adjoining sky lounge which can be turned into a cinema area for the family.

Found on the main deck aft is a large pool with sliding covers that means it can act as a sun pad. From here, steps lead down beach club which hosts a swim platform. Meanwhile, sliding doors forward lead into the main saloon that features relaxing earthy tones, illuminated by ample natural light provided with full-height windows.

The main guest lobby is found forward of the formal dining area, leading through to the guest accommodation comprising two double cabins and three convertible cabins. Elsewhere, a massage room converts into a staff cabin.

Twin 3,512hp Caterpillar engines give her a top speed of 16.5 knots and a transatlantic range of 5,000 nautical miles at her cruising speed of 12.5 knots. Zero speed stabilisers ensure comfort both underway and at anchor.
