In accordance with the art.13 of legislative decree no. 196 dated  30 June 2003 - Personal Data Protection Code (herewith named “ Code”) -regarding right to the protection of Personal Data, notice is hereby  given that we will process information and data you will provide us during navigation and/or consultation of “website www.canalicchio.com” (herewith named “website” and reachable also at www.canalicchio.it and www.seasteel.it ), or during use of services we offer through the website. All data will be processed in compliance with the law and the privacy principles which govern Fratelli Canalicchio S.p.A. activities.

Purposes of data processing are as follows:
Data you provide us on the website, and which is accessible to registered users who visit the contents you has requested  to publish on the pertinent website section, could be object of diffusion; it means other registered users could display those information;
Newsletter: to receive registration requests to the Service- after you fill in a specific electronic form- to proceed with the Service as per conditions of supply mentioned in the specific section and send newsletter requested by registered user every month.
Customer Service Area: to consent the management of your authentication to access some restricted services of Customer Service Area
Other Services: to manage all requests which Fratelli Canalicchio S.p.A. receives through contact forms and e-mail address available on the website and which refer to specific services and/or information.

Your personal data will be retained into a specific electronic Database,  Data controller is Fratelli Canalicchio S.p.A. You shall grant the access to Database through user id and password from Registered Customer Service Area, this way you can, where interested therein, update, rectify, integrate or erase your data.

Furthermore in accordance with art.13, sub par.1, letter d) we inform you about entities or categories of entity to whom or which the personal data may be communicated in their capacity as data processors: lawyers, secretary personnel, employees of administration, internal computer technicians.

 

We also inform you your Personal Data may be communicated –as per your consent and if necessary- to third parties which activity is necessary to provide  some services: for instance Credit Institutes which process payment transactions regarding services offered on the website and requested from you. Art.7 (Right to access personal data and other rights)
