COMPANY POLICY

 

The Management of Fratelli Canalicchio SpA formulates and approves the “Company Policy” which  defines corporate objectives and engagements related to company’s strategies towards Customers, Market , Environment and, more generally, all  Interested Parties. Company Policy aims to carry out, maintain and improve  Company Management System performances, ensures full compliance with law requirements and guarantees voluntary agreements between  Company and Interested Parties.

 

Fratelli Canalicchio SpA through Company Policy wants to point out its intent to be in compliance  with  regulations currently in force and more generally with all rules subscribed by Company regarding  ethical, social and environmental aspects which are directly or indirectly connected to the organization.

 

Fratelli Canalicchio SpA  business is Customers satisfaction-oriented all along and is inspired by the principle of Transparency.

 

The Management defines and announces within the Company the Corporate Policy through this document and Company Management System documentation

 

The Management of Fratelli Canalicchio SpA is committed to providing needed investments to spread company culture to the whole corporation, it believes operating results , Ethics and Environment  respect could be achieved thanks to efforts and expertise of people who directly and indirectly cooperate with the Company

 

Company Policy objectives :

1. To Ensure periodic test to verify Company Policy correspondence and suitability to strategies;

 

2. To ensure an Integrated Quality System for quality, environment, ethics and social responsibility which is efficient and consistent with strategies defined by Management;

 

3. To increase market share acting on Customer satisfaction;

 

4. To Pursue Customer Satisfaction through continuous improvement  of : technical knowledge , equipment innovation, products, manufacturing process result, customer service;

 

5. To pursue continuous improvement of Company’s Procedures and Management System efficacy to ensure our Customer the product/service “quality” and to reduce at the same time production waste. Thus : costs reduction, lower pollution and  prevention of industrial injuries;

 

6. To act ensuring efficacy, efficiency and  reliability , mobilising   all needed resources to guarantee diligence and correctness principle;

 

7. To carry out activities in compliance with laws, rules, regulations and agreements subscribed by the Company;

 

8. To support staff involvement , competence development  and to provide professional training/information ensuring growth, awareness and sense of responsibility of all employees; to guarantee high-level of human resources expertise;

 

9. To increase purchase of “Green Products” and choose environmentally friendly suppliers which  look for continuous improvement of  safety, product and service;

 

10. To reduce industrial waste and  row material consumption preventing pollution and providing waste disposal in compliance with law;

 

11. To prevent industrial injuries improving safety and health of people in the  workplace;

 

12. To guarantee an innovative and  efficient Communication System which ensures the Company to improve the Management System analyzing and evaluating all available information and  starting  a constructive dialogue  in order to  pursue common objectives and projects

 

 

The Management of  Fratelli Canalicchio SpA to achieve the above mentioned  objectives, is committed to:

 

>  Ensuring resource availability (equipments and human resource) to pursue those Objectives providing professional training and information to staff;

>  Sensitizing employees towards safety , environment and their own responsibilities concerning Company Integrated Management System;

 

>  Adopting  continuous Improvement Plans concerning  Management System efficacy and efficiency, plans which are measurable, objective and consistent with this policy;

 

>  Monitoring customer satisfaction to verify its priorities and promoting external communication;

 

>  Ensuring continuous improvement of products, business process and environmental performance through information feedback;

 

>  Encouraging continuous improvement of individual skills of any employees and encouraging creation of  the best work environment.
